lol ya i would have to say it isnt necessarily genes that governs that part. muscle building is a choice and choices arent decided by genes. an activist in Japan after WW2 who had his own private army and was very strong in his physique was a pale and sickly child when he was young. (btw this was in some book i read awhile ago, dont remember the guy's name. if you want to research this and tell me go ahead.)
